The first Japanese company membership based labour law consulting firm, Staff Management Consultancy Ltd. has established.
1994
[Former Tempstaff Hong Kong]
Established Tempstaff Hong Kong, as a 100% subsidiary company of Temp Group.
2002
[Former Intelligence Hong Kong]
As the group company of SMC, Anchor HRM Consulting Ltd. was established and started the recruitment service.
2011
[Former Intelligence Hong Kong, SMC]
Merged with Intelligence (China) Co., Ltd. (Ying Chuang) and changed company names from Anchor and SMC to Intelligence Hong Kong Ltd., and Intelligence SMC Consulting Ltd. respectively.
2012
[Former Tempstaff Hong Kong ]
Tempstaff Hong Kong and Kelly Services, Inc. have entered into a joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions Ltd, to expand both companies’ presence.
2014
TEMPSTAFF and Intelligence are integrated in Hong Kong.
TS Kelly Workforce Solutions Limited is our officially-registered company after the merger.
