    Please read the following carefully before you fill in the application form.

    • The personal data collected in this form will be used by Kelly Services Hong Kong Limited, theirrespective susidiaries and PERSOL branch(es), PERSOLKelly Consulting Limited (jointly and severallythe “Company” or “us”) to assess your suitability for assuming the position you are applying for,to determine the remuneration and benefits package, if applicable, and to search for suitablepositions and make recommendations to you (“the Data Collection Purpose”).

      Kelly Services Hong Kong Limited及其屬下子公司 和PERSOL 分行 、PERSOLKELLY Consulting Limited (以下簡稱「本公司」或「我們」) 會將申請人所提供的資料用作評估申請人是否適合擔任所申請職位,以及在遴選後與申請人商討薪酬和福利條件 (下稱「資料收集目的」)。

       
    • The Company may disclose your personal data to third parties in the following specificcircumstances:-

      1.It may, for the Data Collection Purpose, be provided to:

      (a)Clients of the Company who engage us for our staffing, outsourcing and consultingservices;

      (b)The Company’s stakeholders Kelly Services, Inc., PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd and theirrespective subsidiaries / other business entities under their control in the business ofproviding staffing, outsourcing and consulting services;

      (c)Clients of the companies or business entities in (b) above who engage such companies orbusiness entities for their staffing, outsourcing and consulting services.

      2.We may disclose your personal data to companies and individuals we employ to performbusiness functions and services on our behalf. Such functions will be limited to analysing andformatting data, hosting our web servers, providing information technology, legal, accounting,survey and mass-mailing (electronic or otherwise) services.

      3.We may disclose your personal data to the extent necessary or appropriate to governmentagencies, our legal advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with the applicablelaws or the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessaryto (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) establishing, exercising or defendingour legal rights, or that of our affiliated companies, in Hong Kong; or (c) prevent a crime,protect the personal safety of members of the public.

      4.If you apply for employment with a third party, whether through us or otherwise, and if youhave been employed by us, we may give personal reference to such third party.

      1.為了資料收集目的,向以下有關機構和部門提供你的個人資料:

      甲聘用本公司所提供招聘及僱用、人力資源外判和顧問等服務的客戶﹔乙本公司的關係企業集團 Kelly Services, Inc.、PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd. 和其屬下的子公司,或旗下提供招聘及僱用、人力資源外判和顧問的服務的其它商業實體﹔丙聘用乙項包括的公司或商業實體進行招聘及僱用, 人力資源外判和顧問服務的客戶。

      2.為使我們能有效執行你對我們的委托,我們可能會把你的個人資料向跟我們提供以下服務功能的第三方披露:分析數據和制定數據格式,托管網絡伺服器,提供資訊科技、法律、會計、調查研究和大量郵寄(包括電子郵件及其它通訊方法)的服務。

      3.為配合執行有關的法律和法律程序的需要,或若我們合理地相信這些資料在以下有關的情況下是必須的,我們可能會把你的個人資料有限度性地提供予有關的政府機構和其它第三者:甲)配合法律的要求;乙)為確立、行使或維護我們及我們的相連公司在香港的法律權利;或丙)為防止犯罪行為,保眾成員的個人安全

      4.若你曾是或現時是我們的合約員工,而無論你是否透過我們的服務而申請了第三方僱主的職位,第三方僱主要求索取有關你工作表現的資料。

       
    • The provision of personal data in the process of your application is voluntary. However, failure toprovide sufficient data may affect the processing and outcome of your application.
      提交的資料純屬自願性質。但是若資料不齊全,將影響申請的過程及結果。
       
    • Applicants are requested to provide photocopies of certificates, transcripts, reference letters andother relevant documents to support information on this form. These copies are not returnableand will be verified in due course
      申請人需要提供學歷證明、考試成績單、工作證明及有關文件的影印副本。這些副本將不會退還,但會作進一步核實。
       
    • If you are not contacted within 4 weeks after submission of this form, you should consider yourapplication unsuccessful.
      若您在四星期內沒有接到任何通知,申請人的申請將不獲取錄。
       
    • It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future reference purposefor a period of 2 years. Thereafter, your application together with all materials you provide will bedisposed of.
      我們會將未獲取錄的申請人的個人資料保留 2 年,作為日後招聘用途。2 年後,申請人的資料將會被銷毀。
       
    • Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to, and/or correction ofyour personal data in relation to your application. Requests for such access can be made byemailing us on info@persolhk.com, or notifying us at +852-2525-8121 in writing. You mayalso complete and furnish a Data Access Request Form and/or a Data Correction Request Form(as the case may be) issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
      根據個人私隱條例,申請者有權查詢或更改職位申請時所提交的個人資料。如欲更改或查詢個人資料,請以書面通知或申請,你亦可附上填好的私隱專處公署所發出的查閱/更改資料要求表格,一同呈交到本公司的人力資源部,本公司將會收取行政費用。
       
    • All information provided will be treated in strictest confidence.
      申請人所有提供之資料均獲絕對保密處理。


      In all cases and in case of dispute, the authoritative version remains the English version.
      在任何情況和有爭議的情況下,以英文版本為準。
