【Job Description】 <担当業務> ・弊社顧客(工場)の貨物の保管・荷役・出荷実施している倉庫の業務管理 (倉庫自体の業務は委託先が実施) ・倉庫からの出荷に関わるSEA/AIR出荷・入庫の管理(BL作成等はHK物流部にて実施) ・今後の倉庫借上げによる業務立ち上げ ・顧客からの倉庫作業等の見積もり対応 ・顧客窓口、クレーム対応等 ・事業計画管理・月次の業績管理 ・部下育成・評価 ・その他関連する業務 <Job responsibilities> - Business management of warehouses where cargo is stored/handled/shipped for customers (Factories) *The warehouse itself is performed by a subcontractor - Management of SEA/AIR shipments and warehousing related to shipments from the warehouse (BL issue and other works are performed by HK Logistics Department) - Launching new warehouse business - Respond to estimates for warehouse works and others from customers - Customer services, complaint solve, etc. - Business plan management and monthly performance management - Subordinate training and appraisal - Other related duties 【Requirements】 <必要なスキル / 経験 > ・倉庫関連での経験又は、豊富な知識 ・英語ビジネスレベル ・3~4年程度のマネジメント経験(部下は9名) ・北京語、広東語ができれば尚可 - Japanese, English fluent - Experience or extensive knowledge related to warehouses - Cantonese language business level, English language business level - 3-4 years experience of management (9 subordinates) 【Benefits】 Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00~17:30(lunch time 12:30~13:30) Annual Leave:2nd year 12 days, 3rd year 14days, 4th year 15days and Max 16 days) Special Leave: 1st year 6 days(After probation period) Double Pay: Yes Commission: Discretionary Title allowance:3,000HKD (After 3 months probation) Transportation Allowance: Yes (Actual) Provide mobile Phone: Yes Sick leave: 1 day a month Medical: Yes Visa support: Yes
