Our client, Japanese F&B company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Japanese-speaking Purchasing officer & Supervisor (Ref: #606048)
Job Descriptions:

Responsible for sourcing & purchasing of food items
-
Sourcing potential suppliers to support operations team to introduce new products and perform follow-up works
-
Research and share the latest material trend and market intelligence
-
Monitor suppliers costing and pricing issues to achieve competitive price, deals and terms
-
Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement to support daily operations
-
Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost saving opportunities
-
Maintain adequate stock level and manage logistics arrangements for receiving stocking and daily transfer
-
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above preferred
-
Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and strong responsibility
-
Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese JLPT N2 or above
-
Proficiency in PC & MS office application
-
Excellent negotiation skill
