Job Descriptions:
Assist in shop daily operations such as handling purchase process and reply inquiry
Provide customer service and build rapport with customers
Communicate with appraisers for purchase process
On job training is provided.
Requirements:
HKDSE Level 2 in 5 New Senior Secondary School Subjects or F.7 standard or above. No working experience is required
Fresh graduates are welcome
Experience in customer service or second hand luxury resale market is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Basic computer skills
Interested in branded items
Good communication skills and willing to learn
