Our clients, a well-known Japanese company is now looking for a potential candidate to join their team as Sales Coordinator.
Job Duties
- Handle PO and shipping document
- Coordinate with factory and customer related to product quality
- Communicate with customer and handle their inquiries
- Arrange product delivery schedule with customers
- Prepare regular sales report
Requirement
- 1 years or above working experience is preferrable
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
